WHAT IF I AM MORE THAN 3 MTHS PREGNANT?

WHO WILL BE CONDUCTING THE MASSAGE

A trained therapist will conduct the massage.  As this is a highly skilled technique and treatment rest assured that GWT wants to uphold the quality of the massage.

 

FROM WHICH MONTH PRE-NATAL MASSAGE CAN COMMENCE?

Pre-natal can commence after the 1st trimester that is 12 weeks onwards (3 mths) of pregnancy when the baby is more stable in their development. 

 

WHAT ITEMS DO I NEED TO PREPARE FOR THE PRE-NATAL MASSAGE SESSION? 

 Yourself, a single thin foamy matress and two bath towels.

 

IS THIS A FULL BODY MASSAGE?

Yes this is a full body massage but we will not massage the bottom of the feet because it corresponds with a lot of internal organs and, as Asians are more conservative we will also not massage the tummy area unless requested.

 

WHAT CAN BE EXPECTED FROM THE PRE-NATAL MASSAGE SESSION? 

This technique of massage are beneficial to you and your baby because it helps with the bonding from an early stage as the saying goes a child that is loved gives you lesser problems in life.  You will also feel a sense of relaxation as your tired and aching muscles are soothed.  Each session that you attend reduces the stress in you and as time goes by especially in the 3rd trimester you will already feel that you are ready for the birth of your child plus all the goodness stated overleaf.

 

DO I NEED TO PURCHASE ANYTHING?

No. You do not need to purchase anything & not obligated to. GWT has a conduct not to force sell, as all our products are custom blended to the needs of customers and not over the shelf items as this is done professionally.

 

HOW OFTEN CAN I DO PRE-NATAL MASSAGE?

Pre-natal massage can be done, as often as every week from the 3rd month onwards if you have the time, and baby will feel more loved.

 

WHAT IF I AM DOING A C-SECTION?

If you are doing a caesarian section not to worry as you and baby will still get all the benefits listed and you will carry lesser problems into your post-natal stage and the recovery period is faster than those who did not do pre-natal massage.

You can purchase the oils for the breast massage and custom blended oils for the breast engorgement massage which is safe.  There is also the Post-Natal Massage Shampoo and Pre-Natal Shower Gel which is custom blended and SLS free to take care of your baby during your pregnancy to reduce the amount of chemicals getting into your body.

 

WHAT IS PRE-NATAL FACIAL?

Pre-Natal facial with GWT is safe and can be done together with your pre-natal massage.  All the ingredients used are aroma/herbal products and safe but gives you the maximum results on your face as you can present us with any skin condition and type or problem and GWT will definitely help you to solve it.  GWT is able to show you physically all your dead skin cells which is very rare done elsewhere. You must try this to believe it yourself, as have so many other satisfied mums.  The best of all is you can do it anytime even when you are not pregnant.

 

WHAT OIL IS USED FOR THE PRE-NATAL MASSAGE?

GWT uses only the best and finest of quality oils for massage.  It has 6 vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6, D & E) and is 100% cold pressed which is the proper quality oil for massage.  All our oils are imported in from overseas just after steam distillation depending on the oils that GWT requests.  It is not a problem if you have eczema (dry or weeping) or people with very sensitive skin.  The vitamins in our oils actually help with the itch and improve the quality of the skin and reduce the problems faced by the person.
