A Pre-Natal service can be offered for a mother to be from 3 months (12 weeks of pregnancy) right until due (38-40 weeks) of pregnancy. It may help relieve the mother from: 1) Reduce pre-natal anxiety & depression 2) Reduce morning sickness 3) Reduce post-natal depression 4) Reduce complications during birth 5) If all muscles work in your favor: a) you will experience shorter labor hours b) decreased labor pains 6) During labor if baby is relaxed, the birthing process becomes easier 7) Less temperamental / mood swings 8) & much more..........
